Bell Sleeves are Ringing

It’s Summer (a hot one at that) and the flowers are blooming. As one strolls through the streets, the imagination begins to drift to far away places. I imagine myself back in Spain (Barcelona to be exact) or even walking through the streets of Mexico. Music is playing in the background, people are sitting near the gardens while sipping on lattes, or children blowing bubbles in the air.

It’s these kind of images and memories that formed in my mind the moment I wore this beautiful, bell sleeved top from TopShop. Not only did the color capture my attention, but also the simple style. It was absolutely comfortable and I felt it changed my whole complexion. Not only this, but when I paired it with my daring (I do say daring since I usually only wear studded earrings) pair of shell earrings, I knew it would bring out the Spanish flavor.

It’s really the kind of top that can be paired with any kind of bottoms i.e. shorts, skirts, jeans, etc. I decided to make the outfit super comfortable and paired it with a pair of workout pants. The workout pants from Victoria’s Secret are my go-to leggings for every occasion whether it be to actually workout *cough* *cough* or casual to even a night out on the town. The blush top and the stone pants complimented each other.

I think when you come across a piece that makes you feel like a whole new person, and also transports your mind into a different part of the world, that is a piece that is meant to stay in your wardrobe. So, ring those Spanish bells and let your hair do its thang. Let your mind wander through the streets of never ending dreams.
