Bows, Leather, Fur, OH MY!

Last night, I attended an exclusive dinner (which I’ll be creating a post on this pretty soon), and I needed something appropriate for the occasion, but also comfortable. My number one priority to any outfit (especially shoes) is comfort. I have to be comfortable no matter what. If an outfit is too complicated to put on or even painful to wear, it’s not even worth my time or sacrifice.

For those of you who have followed me for a while, especially on Instagram, I’m sure you have seen my love for anything and everything that is leather. My staple piece for almost all year round is a nice, leather jacket. I’m committed to this BAE for life!

What I mostly get excited about is adding a touch of fur to any outfit. Fall, Winter, you name it. I’ve been a huge fan of faux fur vests, pullovers, and my new soon-to-be addition: fur stole. It’s a piece that makes an outfit (even an edgy one), classy and elegant. In other words, from Rock n’ Roll Babe to Hollywood Queen.

Can we pause for a moment and talk about the shoes? How cute are those bows? I have loved these shoes so much that not only do I have them in the blacker & leather, but I also have the same pair in tan suede. Super comfortable!

You can never go wrong with wearing black. There are so many pieces you can add, remove; or mix in different prints/textures when you have black as your base. Even wearing a bold lipstick will add a nice pop to your look.
