Cranberry Mimosa

I’ve been up since the early hours of the morning preparing and cooking food for Thanksgiving. Last night I even attempted to make baguettes for the first time! *applause* Now the time has come to test how much food your body can actually fit, and then regret it later when you realize all of your clothes become a little tighter than usual.

For those of you who are fans of mimosas (and not only for brunch), here is an even tastier version of this classic. Simply switch the orange juice with cranberry juice. Pour half of your favorite champagne and half of your favorite cranberry juice.

To top it off and make it look even fancier, add a few crans on top. I didn’t because I’m not really a fan of the sourness & bitterness, but if you can find a way to make them sweeter, then by all means test it out!

Don’t forget to give yourself a break from the kitchen and enjoy time with friends and family. Let us be reminded not only on this day, but everyday that people are valuable and the time creating memories are priceless.

I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving! =D

Much Love!

~ Erika
