Nail Polish Organizer

If there is one thing that I am obsessed with and almost everyone knows this about me, is nail polish. There seems no end to my collection. I do want to quickly point out that my favorite brand of all time is Zoya…mostly because they are Free of the Big 5 terrible compounds that are found in other nail polishes. Basically, they are a Vegan nail polish brand.

Back when I started building up my collection, I would store them in a wooded box that was given to me as a gift. Over time, as I began to see my collection grow, I knew that I needed to find another way to store them all. There are so many ways to organize and store your collection.

After viewing countless tips and tricks of how other people stored their nail polish collection, I was able to find something that worked for me. First off, I wasn’t into the idea of spending extra money on another piece of furniture nor was I into the idea of drilling holes on my walls to create shelves. And in all honestly, my bathroom cabinets are used up for other items. Taking all of this into consideration, I was only left with one option…my closet.

Since nail polishes come in a variety of different colors, I didn’t want them to be exposed in viewing site. I like to keep my bedroom space consistent and knew that the multiple rainbow of colors would clash with the rest of my decor. I like hiding things or putting them in boxes to create extra space and make everything tidy.

A while back, I stopped by at Bed, Bath & Beyond and had purchased a jewelry organizer in the shape of a little black dress. On one side, it contained clear pockets while on the back it had straps to hang any of my necklaces and jewelry pieces. I absolutely loved it, but of course, the pockets started to over-fill and needed extra space. Instead of purchasing the exact same item, I was able to find another organizer at HomeGoods which was shorter in length, and contained deeper pockets located on both sides which was a huge bonus!

This has absolutely worked for me and I’m able to just hang this in my closet with the rest of my clothing items. It’s so easy to locate any color that you are searching for. If you want to stay within a budget and still hide your nail polishes, then this method will work for you.
